- If the rollers are dirty then clean it with a microfiber wet cloth. After cleaning it, keep rollers to dry for few minutes.
- NOTE: Don’t use any rubbing alcohol or cleaning solution to clean the rollers.
- After that, put the rollers back into the place. Reassemble your printer carefully and then plug back the power cable and turn it on.
